This project involved the specification, design and installation of a comprehensive range of specialist bakery equipment to enable medium duty production of quality breads and bakery products. Equipment included a Williams retarder prover, Electronic Mono Deck Oven, Conti Bakery Mixers, Williams refrigeration cabinets and Falcon induction unit. Refrigerated display counters from Cafe Counters.
